From the article: Composer Knut Vaage has been working intensively on the music for quite some time. He is of course present at the theatre.

– It has been a major piece of work. I received the commission a couple of years ago, spent about six months on preparation and around a year on the actual composition. So it’s nice to see how well they manage to make everything come together on stage.
