"The libretto (text) for the opera is written by the Norwegian poet Torgeir Rebolledo Pedersen. The plot is based on the fairy tale of "Veslefrikk with the fiddle", but this time in a very modernized edition and with political kicks. Immigration and new communities are one of many current topics that are covered."
